Substance: transmits an oficio de 25 de Julio of the juez letrado (Savage notes parenthetically 'sin dar su nombre') of the Tribunal de circuito comprising the State of Sinaloa and the two Californias, installed on 24 de Julio; directs him to recognise that tribunal, quoted: 'puesto por la ley pa entender en los negocios de la federacion que ocurran en el distrito de esta Comisaria y territorios de Califs.'
