Substance: makes known a Supreme Government order of 8 de Mzo, transmitted to him on the 14th of the same, 'que ningun Secretº de las Comandªs Genls ó principales que no tenga nombramto ó aprobacion del Gobo Supmo pueda disfrutar de la gratifn de 40$ que le señala la ley', allowing secretaries who are not approved 50 dias to apply for it, and 'cumplidos, ni los comisarios se las deberán abonar, ni ellos tendrán derecho á reclamarla.'
