Publishes by bando the communication of the Srio. del Despacho del Gobierno Departamental announcing Alvarado's return to office. Verbatim: 'Publica por Bando la Communicacion del Srio. del Despacho del Gobo. Dptal. en que dice q. habiendose restablecido en su salud el Gobr. Alvarado habia vuelto á encargarse del gobierno el 1.o del corriente.' Gloss: Juan B. Alvarado, recovered from illness, resumed the governorship on 1 Jan 1841. Marginal mark '+'.
