Departmental State Papers, San José, tomo IV+ · BANC MSS C-A 45, document 33

RECOVERED BY THE PHASE-4 AUDIT 2026-08-27, same previously-uncovered leaf. Heading verbatim: 'Fbro. 4. (2 Dctos) pp. 410. 13. / Que publique la manifestacion.' [= that he publish the manifestación]. Savage marks it '2 Dctos', i.e. TWO documents under one cite; per the itemisation policy they would each merit a row, but he does not distinguish them, so they are recorded here as one annotated entry pending a fuller read.
