'Acompaño á V. un Ejemplar y Decreto de S.M.I. qe. el Sobo. Congo. tuvo á bien espedir... directo á llevar á efecto la Proclamacn. y jura de Ntro. Augto. Emperadr. Dn. Agustin 1º (Q.D.G.), y en virtud de qe. este acto ya queda solemnizado en este de Monty.' - decree for the proclamation and oath to Emperor Agustín I (Iturbide), already solemnized at Monterey; each presidio to perform the act as its means permit and report.
