'No se formó acta acerca de lo q.e V.P. me dice... sobre si las Mis.nes habian de pagar en metalico, ó propia especie el impuesto p.r esta Diputac.n de 10 % sobre los ganados y alg.s frutos, como aparece en el plan de Gob.o t.o 3.o y Art.o 2.o'; only in the apuntaciones of 'la ses.n del dia 19 de Oct.e p.o p.o' did the Diputación resolve unanimously that missions in arrears 'pagasen lo q.e les faltase en metalico, s.pre q.e no pasase de su 3.a parte de la deuda, p.s solo se les obliga á q.e paguen una 3.a parte de lo q.e adeuda en dinero' (gloss: the Diputación's 10% tax on mission herds/produce and its cash-payment rule)
