Diputac.n Provincial habian advertido se hacia de sus person.s'; the Diputación resolved in session of the 27th that the bando issue province-wide; the officers hold the document 'está mal concebido' — Argüello answered them on the 17th 'haciendoles ver su equivocada intelig.a' and demands they resubmit their representación through him; copy enclosed.
