'Q.e son infundados los defectos q.e le atribuye como Gob. de lo q.e ha resultado q.e pida su pasaporte p.a salir del país; q.e ha ordenado á Alcalde de los Angeles q.e se presente con los testigos p.a aclarar los hechos, y lo invita á concurrir p.r sí, ó nombrando una persona q.e lo represente' — the defects Sánchez imputes to him as Governor are groundless, which is why the Padre asks for his passport to leave the country; the Alcalde de los Angeles is ordered to appear with witnesses, and Sánchez invited to attend in person or by proxy.
