'Qe vuelva á tomar á bordo á español Manuel Mancicidor, qe dejó en Rada de Sn Pedro en el anterior viaje qe hizo en el 'Mª Esther', donde aquel venia de sobre cargo, sin permiso de ninguna autoridad; qe Mancicidor no ha podido presentar docs. qe lo favorezcan pa permanecer en el pais, conforme ley de 20 Dicre' — to take back aboard the Spaniard Manuel Mancicidor, left at the San Pedro roadstead on the María Esther's prior voyage where he came as supercargo without any authority's permission; Mancicidor could not present documents entitling him to remain, per the law of 20 December.
