'Que pr Ministerio de Guerra y Marina, con fecha 11 Junio 27 se le noticia; qe el Presidente vió su consulta de 7 Febo relativa á preferencia de asiento en el acto de la revista... y ha resuelto, qe el Habdo no se halla en el caso de ser comdo Intdo ni Sub comisario pr no tener nombramto del Gobno, y no debe preferir en el asiento á los interventores' — relays a Ministry of War & Marine notice (11 Jun 1827) that the President reviewed his 7 Feb query on precedence of seating at the revista, ruling the habilitado, lacking govt appointment, is neither comisario nor subcomisario and must not take precedence over the interventores.
