'Dice que nadie se atreva á decir con fundamento que habiendo faltado la Comisaría subprᵃˡ vinieron al desarreglo y confusion los oficiales y gefe de las compˢ presidiales de la N. California, sino que antes por el contrario, prosiguieron mas activos ciñéndose acendradamente á las leyes; y que… espera que los Habilitados llevaran con toda claridad los libros y demas de que trata el Reglamᵗᵒ de Comisarios. Y se trascribe al P. Prefᵗᵒ' — insists the presidios did NOT fall into disorder after the sub-comisaría failed but grew more law-abiding; expects habilitados to keep clear books per the Comisarios' Regulation (transcribed to the Prefecto)
