'Que hoy remite al Mtro de Hacda las averiguaciones secretas contra el Subcom° J. M. Herrera quien, segun infiere el fiscal, invirtió 10 ó 12 mil pᵒ de la tropa en una compra de efectos en Tepic. Que esta Diputacion no lo suspende por falta de sugeto que sin inconvⁿ lo sustituya y solo se le ha asociado un contador' — today forwards to the Ministro de Hacienda the secret inquiry against Subcomisario J.
