How to cite this document
Echeandía to Ministro de Guerra, San Diego, 1828-04-28, Departmental Records, IV–VI (Books 16–20, 27–32), p.125-6, Archives of California, C-A 47, Bancroft Library, University of California, Berkeley. [the tomo is given as the volume’s full range: this entry has not been resolved to a single tomo within IV–VI (Books 16–20, 27–32)]Cite the document by series, tomo and original tomo page, as the literature does; the C-A number locates it in the repository. To cite this catalogue entry itself, use https://archivesofcalifornia.com/record/ca47/ca47-d942.htmlThe originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
