Under Fages's order of 11 Oct, a 'Declaracion Juridica á Reymundo Carrillo' confirmed the boy 'José M.a' was to be handed to 'Josefa la Riva'; but she died, and by her last will (certification enclosed) 'Fran.co Morillo (aunque declara Carrillo por cierto la donacion) quede con el muchacho ya por ser marido de ella como Abuelo que es'.
