Audit of freight charges on wine casks for San Diego. From comparing three pliegos and a certificate against his own factura and the 1789 account, the charge of 108 p.s 5 r.s against him must first rise by 23 p.s 5/8 r.s, 'importe del flete de los Barriles de vino y Aguardiente que el Arriero entregó menos en San Blas'; after deductions of 111 p.s 5/8 and a credit of 10 p.s 4 r.s, twenty pesos stand against him, which he charges to the 1790 account. Finds the rest conformable 'al N.o 28, Tit.o 13 del reglamento propio de la Prov.a de Californias.' Signed 'José de Arvide = Bonilla (Copia).'
