Real Cédula on the Pragmática de Matrimonios, published in California by Romeu. Refuses Licenciado D.n José Lebrón licence to print his 'Anotaciones à la Real Pragmática de Matrimonios' (nine chapters extending it to the Indies), and orders all authorities and church courts to keep literally to the Pragmática of 1776 and the declaratory cédulas of 7 April 1778. 'f.ho en Madrid à ocho de Febrero de mil setecientos y noventa = Yo El Rey.' Promulgated by Hermenegildo Sal (SF 26 Feb 1792), José Argüello (Monterey 1792), Goycoechea (Sta Bárbara 8 Aug 1792), Grijalva (San Diego 14 Aug 1792), Arrillaga (Loreto 21 Oct 1792).
