Tribunal reports on the presidial ajustes. Under the viceregal orden of 20 Nov [1789], and with the Veracruz 1786 glosa suspended, contadores 'Dn. Manuel Barrionuevo, y Dn. Jose Cabo Franco' were set 'á trabajar la dificultisima é intrincada Liquidacion de las ctas. y Ajustes grales. de la tropa de presidios de Californias' for the years 81–86; 'un mes y diez dias han expendido en esta operacion sin levantar cabeza.' Encloses a cuaderno plus a formulario the presidial habilitados must follow without 'desviarse en la menor parte.'
