Recites that 'En informe de 1º de Sete. de 1786, propuso el Capitan del Presº. de Loreto, se aumenten Plazas, y sueldos' for the small craft carrying the peninsula's interior traffic, its frontier supply, the situados and the public mail; 'La dotacion de Marineros qe. pr. el Reglamto. de Californias de 1º de Junio de 79 se fijó á 22 plazas, con cibo preciso estenderla al Nº. de 35, con qe. considera tripuladas dos Lanchas, un Tabeque [= jabeque] y una Goleta'.
