«Remision de Factura de lo q.e ha de venir de Mexico y otros asuntos.» Per Fages's oficio of 14 Oct, Goycoechea encloses the invoice of what he reckons must come from México and San Blas, having written to the substitute Factor «D.n Josef Arvide» about not having received from the San Blas comisario «toda la 4.ª parte de los situados que de alli deve venir». Deducting sums supplied to the presidio's servants and its missionaries enrolled in that department, most is judged still in the comisaría's hands, per R.l Reglamento tít. 1.º cap. 4 y 5. Adding the amounts unreceived since 1784, libranzas in favour of Missions San Gabriel and San Luis can be met without deducting from the annual situados.
