'Instrucciones al Administrador,' spans n156-157; Savage prints only arts. 4-5. Art. 4: 'q.e sin pérdida de tiempo salgan de la Mision todos los de razon q.e no esten actualmente empleados en ella ó en el servicio del R.P. Ministro, considerandose con particularidad á N. Bravo.' Art. 5, on replacing the mayordomo (no married man to be approved): 'recomiendo mucho q.e p.a dicho empleo se valga de algun neófito de la Mision, señalándole un sueldo moderado, pues no veo q.e haya necesidad ninguna p.a q.e el Mayordomo sea de razon.' [Hartnell orders gente de razón expelled and urges an INDIAN mayordomo.] Savage: arts. 1-3 identical to the instruction copied at pp. 17-20 of these extracts.
