Martínez, with Mayor Gregorio Briones, 'el alcalde Jacome Marino, el caporal Camilo y el llamado Tiberio,' went to mark the limits of 'el nuebo pueblo de S. Rafael': 'desde el Arrollito de las Animas que está de esta parte del estero que mira al frente de la punta de Quintín, siguiendo toda la cañada que llaman los Baulenes, hasta la playa'; north 'toda la cañada que llaman el Arrollo de San Antonio hasta el paraje nombrado lo Tamales'; seaward the whole coast from punta de Quintín. Gloss: founding survey of the San Rafael ex-mission pueblo with named Indian officers present. [Baulenes = Bolinas; los Tamales = Tomales; punta de Quintín = Pt. San Quentin]
