Superior Government State Papers, Benicia, tomo XIX–XXI · BANC MSS C-A 58, document 37

Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n40-n52, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1827 = Enero 20 = Rosario. / Riesgo = Sobre bagajes.' [= 1827, January 20, Rosario. Riesgo, on baggage animals.] Two pack animals for jefes efectivos and agregados, one for officers, as many as needed for pay-chests and munitions at ten arrobas per load; officers pay for their baggage animals at the customary price on receipt; unit chests reimburse on the same terms against the treasuries where their pay is drawn. Distinct from ca58-d28, which is a freight-rate decree of 8 Aug 1829 at p.502-6.
