SESSION ACTA Heading verbatim: 'o 1834 = Mayo 30 = Mont. / Diputacion Provincial = Sobre Ayuntas' [= 1834, May 30, Monterey. Provincial Deputation. On ayuntamientos. (Savage's heading formula changes here: from this session on he gives a topic line instead of 'Sesion del dia de la fecha'.)] Short session, cut off by the mail. Gefatura Política oficio of 22 May 1834 transmits a Superior order with 'un ejemplar de la nota analítica formada por la Contaduría de propios pa recojer todos los datos que deben servir pa la formacion de la estadística'; passed to the comisión del ramo. Second reading given to the comisión de Gobº y Policía dictamen 'sobre la formacion y arreglo de Ayuntamientos', discussion set for the following session. ⭐ Figueroa then said he was heavily occupied with the despatch of the correspondence for MEXICO, taking advantage of the sailing from this port THAT SAME DAY of the 'Bergantin Goleta nacional 'Dorotea'', and asked that the session be concluded, the mission business cited in the session of the 24th remaining pending for the next sitting. 'De comun acuerdo se dió por concluida.' The Dorotea's departure from Monterey on 30 May 1834 with the Mexico mail is a datable ship movement.
