'1836 Abril 26 Monterey / Nic.s Gutierrez Decreto' [Nicolas Gutierrez, decree]. Orders Vazquez del Mercado's esposicion joined to the causa it refers to, and that he be told there is no lugar to reposicion of the sentence; empowers the juez fiscal of the same causa to produce a testimonio of it and deliver it to Mercado whenever he demands it. Savage notes 'p. 65 blanc[o]'.
