Coverage: TARGETED pass at ACTA grain (Vols III–IV, 1836–46 centralist-era Junta/Asamblea sessions; 15.1 lv/rec). Marquee 1845–46 endgame captured richly (LA land-title Doc 7, Micheltorena–Sutter treason dossier Doc 24/n300, US-war alarm Doc 22). ⚠ CORRECTED 2026-07-28 (gap-read audit): the 1836–39 run n23–n39 (~100 orig pp of Alvarado-era Junta business) is BOUNDED-unread, and the Docs 1–8 scan-mapping audit flagged 07-14 is STILL OPEN (out-of-order binding). Earlier '07-22 confirmed adequate' was a desk call (last read 2026-07-01). Upgrade n23–n39 + finish the Docs 1–8 audit (~1 session) ONLY if the californio draft works the Alvarado-era Junta. See [[gap-read-verification-2026-07-27]]. (“partial” = routine runs bounded, not itemized — significant documents are.)
