Legislative Records, tomo III–IV · BANC MSS C-A 61, document 188

Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: it lay inside the span of a grouped entry covering n156-n190, which satisfied every coverage check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1845 - Junio 25. - Angˢ / (Sesion de este dia.)' [= 1845, June 25, Los Angeles. Session of this day.] A one-leaf session, heading at the top of n176. Second reading of the commission dictamen on the Ortega y Stokes expediente, approved. First reading of the gobernacion dictamen on Miguel Prayer's petition about closing an alley. The President states that, a majority of the members of the Asamblea being now present, the next session should take up naming the quinterna, so as to take advantage of the imminent sailing of a vessel to remit it to the Supreme Government for the purpose of the Department having a Governor. Figueroa states that doubts had arisen in the commission charged with the arrangement of tribunals, and that for that reason it had not presented the proyecto in this session as promised in the last.
