Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n216-n245, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1845. - Set. 12. - Ang.s / (Sesion de este dia.)' [= 1845, September 12, Los Angeles. Session of this day.] A private letter of Deputy Carlos A. Carrillo excuses his absence for illness. The special commission's dictamen fixing the ceremonial for dias de tabla is approved: Art. 1, the order of march two by two; Art. 2, the order of precedence, Ayuntamiento first, then the secretaries of the Governor and of the Assembly, then the Governor with the Comisionado of the Supreme Government on his right and the Comandante principal on his left; Art. 3, seating in church; further articles on n227.
