Legislative Records, tomo III–IV · BANC MSS C-A 61, document 76

Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n61-n72, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: 'o 1840 Feb. 20 / Sala de Comisiones de la Junta Dep.l de las Calif.s Adiciones al Reglam.to' [= 1840, 20 February. Committee Room of the Junta Departamental of the Californias. Additions to the Regulation.] The Adiciones al Reglamento of the Junta Departamental, copied by Savage as selected articles under their títulos, running from the lower third of n71 across n72 and n73 to the top of n74. This is the document that record d70's summary actually describes, but it has no record of its own and lies almost entirely outside d70's span. Art. 1o: the Junta shall assemble in ordinary sessions on the 1st of each year and the new vocales shall swear in the Governor's hands, or before the Junta if it is already installed.
