Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n61-n72, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1840 Dic. 20 Sta Barb.a / Nicolas Den, médico' [= 1840, 20 December, Santa Bárbara. Nicolás Den, physician.] One-line entry in the middle of n71: 'Certifica la enfermedad de Anast.o Carrillo', that is, Den certifies Anastasio Carrillo's illness. It is the supporting medical certificate filed behind Carrillo's excuses in the heading immediately above. Den appears elsewhere in the catalog (C-A 30, 34, 35, 42) but has no C-A 61 record at all, so this is a new attestation of him acting as physician in a Junta matter.
