SUBSTANCE: reports that the frigate «N.a S.ra del Rosario, alias la Princesa» has appeared off the mouth of the Río de la Purísima, her commander D.n García Serpe y Manrique, pilot Salvador Menéndez, chaplain P. Ximénez; she carried many people and a good number of sick, and lay beyond la Gaviota because the weather and fog would not let her make the anchorage.
