⚠⚠ ENTRY VOIDED 2026-09-22: the document this entry described does not exist on its leaf or anywhere in the volume, and the leaf's real documents are separately catalogued (see below). The id is retained so its permalink does not 404, and its erratum of 2026-09-22 records the original text. Do not cite this entry as a document. The real documents on leaf n251 are the manufacture of lead balls and cartridges (pp.166–167), an invalid soldier's ajuste (p.168), the accounts drawn up for him (pp.169–173) and the letter promising the monthly diary and revista returns (p.174), all catalogued separately.

Correction to this entry.
- Previously read summary: 'Extracto de revista Oct'; orig_page: 'p.153–154'; scan: 'n251'. n251 (stamp 254 / ink 57) carries the making of lead balls and cartridges and sufficient cartridges at Los Angeles (p.167), an invalid soldier's ajuste (p.168), the accounts drawn up for him by Goycoechea and the peritos (pp.169-173), and a letter PROMISING to remit the monthly diary and monthly extractos de revista 'en su tiempo oportuno' (p.174). That promise is the nearest thing on the leaf to the row's claimed October extracto de revista at pp.153-154, and it is a promise, not a return.
The originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
