[= viceregal transmission of the war auditor's sentence in the criminal process against an Indian who killed his wife out of jealousy]. 'El virrey le dirije al gob.r la sentencia del auditor para su cumplim.to' — the auditor holds that in the process 'no hay cuerpo de delito, fé de heridas, ni otra comprobacion del crimen' beyond the accused's own confession; the man, 'refugiado en la Iglesia', confessed to the Alcalde that he had killed his wife 'por vivir ilicitam.te con un otro indio y no haberse enmendado aunq.l castigada ya por los P.P. M.M.'
