Dice q.e esta certific.n debe hacerse como se hizo durante 22 años por el comand.te del pres.o de Loreto.” [= returns the roster of Baja California missionaries and the attestation that the Blessed Sacrament lamp has been kept burning in the Loreto church, insisting the certificate be made as for 22 years past by the presidio commandant].
