Savage: 'Acompaña copia certificada é impresa del Auto que acordó el Tribunal de la Contaduria mayor de Cuentas de Méjico en 29 de Octubre de 1787' — given the morosidad of those obliged to render accounts, 'se impone una multa de doscientos pesos á los que no presentaren sus cuentas dentro de los cuatro primeros meses del año hasta el dia último de Abril'; absentees must name apoderados to present accounts in due form and answer the doubts and charges arising in their audits.
