Gloss: by the first mail after a ship arrives the Monterey administrator must forward one copy of the general and particular manifests to the Direccion General de Rentas, keeping the other two copies in the custom house, and after discharge and delivery of cargo, duties liquidated and checked against the papers, must draw up each vessel's settlement without delay and send it in with the vouchers.
