On the refused mass before 'un Consejo de Grra. á un Sold.o reo': omitting the alms citation 'fué p.r considerarlo innecess.o'; 'El pedir la misa, es de orden.a, se dá la corresp.te limosna, si no hay q.n la diga, ó no se quiere, como V.R.s me dicen, se celebrará el consejo pres.te... con la falta del sagrado requisito de órden.a'; 'jamas se han dado caso, de pedir yo misa, ó func.n de Ig.a q.e no se haya satisfecho la corresp.te congrua' (gloss: sharp rejoinder to Fr.
