'Qe añada á los puntos de averiguacion sobre faltas de Juan Lollar (sic), Capn de Bergantin 'Karimoko', los siguientes; haber embarcado á José Perez, sin atender á órden de Comte de Sn Diego; haber tocado á algunos puntos de la Costa, con objeto de acopiar Caballos sin pagar derechos de tonelaje; haberle esijido Alcalde de los Angeles dicho derecho y haberle dejado un compromiso de pago 'sin firma'... y finalmte haber dejado en Isla de Guadalupe algunos marineros pa la pesca de lobos, los qe despues de grandes penalidades arribaron á Sn Diego pa regresarse á Sandwich' — add these points to the inquiry into Juan Lollar's offenses: embarking José Pérez against the San Diego commander's order; touching coastal points to gather horses without paying tonnage; leaving the LA alcalde an unsigned payment pledge; and finally leaving sailors at Isla de Guadalupe for sea-lion hunting, who after great hardship reached San Diego to return to the Sandwich Islands.
