'Qe exija á Ingles Guillmo Villis $50 de multa y sacar el ganado del paraje de los 'Bolbones', qe le concedió pa este uso pr 1 año, sin tener facultad pa ello (el Comte), siendo sorprendido pr dicho Villis qe ya habia solicitado del Gobno. dicho sitio y se le habia negado' — to levy a $50 fine on the Englishman William Willis and remove his cattle from Los Bolbones, which the commander had granted him for a year's use without authority, having been deceived by Willis (who had already applied to the govt for that site and been refused).
