Ministros, el Sargento Fran.co Aguiar. por el presente usando de la facultad que me es conferida hago presente al maduro acuerdo de V.V. R.R.' - that soldado 'Juan Angel Amarillas se halla refugiado en esta St.a Yglecia, por delito de haberse propasado en atreversele al cabo Jose Ygnacio Olivera de esta escolta y faltandole a la subordinacion'; he therefore 'pido y suplico rendidamente se sirvan de entregarlo con su papel de Yglecia', swearing 'en forma' that it is 'no ser de malicia'.
