Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n137-n155, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ - 1845. - Mayo 12 - Angs / (Sesion de este dia.)' [= 1845, May 12, Los Angeles. Session of this day.] The Comision de gobernacion presents its dictamen on the Plan de Arbitrios of the City of Los Angeles, quoted verbatim in the minutes, of which I read the two numbered propositions: 1st, that the Ilustre Ayuntamiento itself form provisionally an approximate calculation of the number of fincas rusticas y urbanas existing in its demarcation, stating the number of pieces they comprise; 2nd, that it likewise form the calculation of the number of cepas (vine stocks) existing in the city and in the ranchos of its demarcation, so as to be able to form an idea of the importance of the income the municipal fund would have from one branch and the other; Admitido. This is a municipal fiscal survey of Los Angeles real property and vineyard stock ordered by the Departmental Assembly, which is a usable quantitative source and it has no record. Then two further items: Olvera, Secretary of the Asamblea, requests that a subaltern be appointed for him; passed to the Comision de Gobernacion. And Valle states that in his view the regularizacion de tribunales belongs to the Comision de 'Seguridad publica' and was of the opinion that matters of this kind should be passed to it; Aprobado.
